　　音乐创作跟其它艺术有些不一样,文学方面,一部小说写出来,创作已经完成了；戏剧方面,只有个剧本还不够,还要演,这是二度创作。音乐呢?除了这个二度创作外,还有一个三度创作,就是听众如何来欣赏和理解这个作品,就是说听众也要投入到这个创作中间去,这样,一部音乐作品的创作过程才算全部完成。

　　音乐怎样表现外部世界?比方如何讲述大海,这里可以举个典型的例子来说明。

　作曲家可以用很集中的一两个主题素材千变万化地塑造出不同的音乐形象。无论是传统的交响乐还是近现代的交响乐,绝大多数都有一个或多个主要的音乐形象。

　　主要的音乐形象在绝大多数情况下都会多次出现在乐曲中,它一般都有它的表现特征,有的表现在旋律上,有的则在节奏上,有的是和声的序列或和弦的展开,有的还会通过某种特性的乐器表现出来。在交响乐中,引子以后一般就要出现这个音乐形象,它或原样地重复或改头换面地重复,当经历一个较大的演变过程后,往往要进入原样重复的阶段,在最后的结尾部分,这个形象还会多次进行闪现。在欣赏交响乐时,注意辨认这些形象,把握它的情绪特征,对音乐的理解也就非常容易了。

　　交响乐中有一类叫音画的,以描写自然界及生活的景物为主要内容,比较通俗易懂。如俄国的作曲家莫索尔斯基的《展览会中的图画》,鲍罗廷的《中亚细亚草原》,德国大作曲家贝多芬的《田园交响乐》,法国作曲家、印象乐派创始人德彪西的《大海》,都可以说是这一类作品。听《大海》乐曲,上海搬场公司听者如处大海之滨,从黎明至中午,鉴赏着大海的色、光、声、形的变幻,时而感到狂风怒号,时而是巨浪拍岸,时而是波光浮动,时而又是浪花四溅,真是瞬息万变。欣赏这些作品,加上丰富的想象,无形之中,就可得到概念性的联想大自然多美好、生活多有趣、万物生长不息。

　　交响乐中有一类叫舞曲它的民族风格极浓,乐曲比较短小,感情比较单纯,旋律也比较清楚,大多描写风俗性的节日欢乐活动。有载歌载舞的特点,也有从舞剧中剪取片断成为单独的器乐曲。此类交响舞曲,易于理解,很快地就能普及起来,如奥地利约翰・施特劳斯的四百余首圆舞曲,法国拉威尔作的《波莱罗舞曲》,捷克作曲家德沃夏克的《斯拉夫舞曲》,德国勃拉姆斯的《匈牙利舞曲》,我国作曲家的《瑶族舞曲》等等,都属于交响舞曲。 　　在交响乐曲中,有一类有故事情节的,一般均有标题或每乐章有小标题。此类乐曲大多取材于民间熟悉的、广泛流传的戏剧、诗歌、传说、神话、小说、故事等,如俄国里姆斯基・科萨科夫的《天方夜谭》(组曲),是从阿拉伯神话小说《一千零一夜》取材；法国比才的《卡门组曲》是根据同名歌剧的音乐剪辑；我国何占豪、陈刚的《梁祝小提琴协奏曲》取材于梁山伯与祝英台的民间故事,等等。 　

　这些乐曲,并不像戏剧、文学、诗歌、曲艺、电影、电视那样,从视觉上、语言上为欣赏者提供具体的人物形象或情节,而是发挥音乐的功能,以抒发人物的细致内心感情为主要手段,让听者从心灵上去感受。如果欣赏者事先了解它所描写的内容,在听音乐时,随着音响,脑海中就会有所想象,就会进入乐曲所展示的特定意境,buy telescope引起感情上的共鸣。
